Ed Quinlan served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 1975 to 1983. His work focused on defense of construction claims, representing the Commonwealth in third party actions for professional liability against architects, engineers, and designers, and defense of Tort Claims actions.

In private practice since 1983, Ed represents contractors, subcontractors and others in bid disputes, and damages claims with government agencies, sureties, insurers , and individuals, and has represented municipalities, sureties and contractors in recovery actions relating to contractual disputes. - Ed's practice also includes administrative proceedings, land development and land use disputes, as well as employment and labor issues.

Ed served as legal advisor to the Utility Contractors Association of New England and as a lecturer at construction industry education programs. He has served as a Moot Court Judge and Trial Judge in student programs for area law schools.

Ed is active in civic and charitable activities and is a member of the Millis Lions Club ( Past President) and the Millis Theatre Group . He also served as a member of the Council of the Norfolk Bar Association from 2009 to 2011

Rick Sadowski has been a litigation attorney in private practice since 1975. He has represented many of the nation's largest manufacturers and insurance companies in the defense of substantial product liability, motor vehicle tort, professional liability, municipal liability, and real property claims.

Rick also focuses his practice in the field of Divorce and Family Law.

Rick is a veteran, having served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1967 to 1972 and thereafter served in the U. S. Air Force Reserves, retiring as a Lt. Col. in 1994. He is a respected speaker and lecturer participating in a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education program for the prosecution and defense of traumatic brain injury cases.

Rick also also chaired an MCLE program on legal, healthcare, and re-employment issues facing veterans and their families. Rick has appeared as a lecturer at local universities on issues as diverse as drug and obscenity laws to domestic relation matters.

Rick served as President-elect and President of the Bar Association of Norfolk County during 2008 – 2010 and continues to actively participate in that organization’s outreach and service programs.

David Keenan has been a practicing attorney since 1994 and concentrates in areas of business law, contracts, commercial litigation, personal injury and commercial lease issues. David served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel representing the City of Boston in personal injury claims, contract, medical malpractice, and civil rights litigation.

A graduate of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 1984, Mr. Keenan has extensive knowledge and practical experience in Maritime and Admiralty issues.

David is very active in civic outreach and has served as a volunteer advisor to Boston Latin Academy’s Mock Trial Teams sponsored by the Massachusetts bar Association. For many years David donated his time and talent by assisting enthusiastic high school students in preparing and presenting evidence in a hypothetical “mock” trial which assists the student participants in critical learning skills and public presentations.

David also served for many years as a Youth Hockey Coach in Dorchester, Mass.

Magdalena Loret has been a practicing attorney for ten years and concentrates in the areas of personal injury., contracts, commercial and construction litigation. She represents buyers and sellers at real estate closings, probate of estates, dental malpractice claims, drafting wills and health care proxies, and has represented clients in matters before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Attorney Loret is fluent in Polish.
